Smoker (OP02-093) is a Black Navy Leader from the Paramount War expansion. Once per turn during your main phase you can use a DON effect to force an opponent to give up up to one Character of cost 1, and if a cost-0 Character is present this Leader gains +1000 power for the turn. Its toolkit favors a control role that targets low-cost threats and leverages zero-cost Characters on either side of the field.
