Description

Gum-Gum Champion Rifle (EB01-028 Foil) is a Blue Event from the Memorial Collection that carries the Impel Down and Straw Hat Crew subtypes. Its Counter grants +2000 power to an Impel Down leader or one of your characters during battle and forces an opponent to return an active character to hand, while its Trigger returns a cost-3-or-less character to the bottom of its owner's deck. At cost 1 it functions as a low-cost tempo and removal tool in blue decks that want bounce effects and short power spikes.
