Description

Monkey.D.Luffy (OP04-090 Foil) is a Black Character from the Kingdoms of Intrigue expansion. It can attack active Characters and has a once-per-turn Main ability that returns seven cards from your trash to the bottom of your deck to set it as active, after which it will not become active in your next Refresh Phase. That self-setting plus large-scale recycling supports recursion-focused builds and enables surprise offensive plays against otherwise protected targets.
