Description

Nefeltari Vivi (EB03-001 Alt Art) is a Red/Blue Leader from the Heroines Edition expansion. Her passive effect lets you trash a card once per turn to save a Character with base cost 4 or more from being K.O.'d, and her activated Main ability can reduce an opponent's Character by 2000 power and grant one of your Characters Rush for the turn. She functions as a defensive pivot that trades hand resources for board preservation while enabling occasional aggressive swings via Rush.
