Hibari (EB03-008 Foil) is a Red Character with Navy and SWORD subtypes. When played or when attacking she lets one of your SWORD-type Leaders or Characters also attack active Characters that turn, and her once-per-turn main ability can reduce an opponent's Character's power by 1000. She functions as a small tempo piece that enables extra attacks while providing limited soft removal to pressure opposing boards.
