Description

Building Snake (OP09-008) is a Red character from the Emperors In The New World expansion. During your Main phase you may place it on the bottom of your deck to reduce one opposing Character's power by 3000 for the turn. With cost 1 and 2000 power it functions as a cheap tempo piece that trades itself to enable advantageous combat or removal windows.
