Buggy (OP09-051 Special Alt Art) is a Blue Character from the Emperors In The New World expansion. When played it can place one opposing Character on the bottom of its owner's deck and may place itself on the bottom of the owner's deck unless you control five Characters costing five or more. This gives it a disruptive tempo role, removing single threats while potentially self-bouncing to reset board state or protect against reprisals.
