Description

Buggy (OP09-051 Gold Special Alt Art) is a Blue Character from the Emperors In The New World expansion with Cross Guild and The Four Emperors subtypes. When played, it can send up to one opposing Character to the bottom of its owner's deck and then may send itself to the bottom unless you already control five Characters with cost five or greater. This creates a disruptive tempo role that can remove threats but risks self-bouncing if your board doesn't meet its high-cost requirement.
