Its On Play effect lets you return one of your Characters to the owner's hand, and if your Leader has The Seven Warlords of the Sea type you may return up to one Character with cost 4 or less. The bounce effect provides tempo and recursion options by reusing enter-the-battlefield effects or protecting vulnerable characters.
