Enel (OP05-100 Foil) is a Yellow Character from Awakening of the New Era with the Sky Island subtype. It has Rush and a once-per-turn replacement effect that lets you trash the top card of your Life to prevent it leaving the field, but that effect is negated while a Monkey.D.Luffy Character is present. As a high-cost rush piece, it plays a late-game role by trading its removal from the field for Life-stack resources to prolong pressure.
