Description

Jinbe (OP11-031) is a Green Character from the A Fist Of Divine Speed set. On play, if your Leader has the Fish-Man or Merfolk type, you may rest up to one of your opponent's Characters with cost 5 or less. Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can allow one of your Fish-Man or Merfolk Characters to attack the turn it was played.
