Description

Hibari (OP11-010 Foil) is a Red Character from A Fist Of Divine Speed with Navy and SWORD subtypes. On play it can reduce one opposing Character's power by 2000 for the turn, and when attacking it gains +1000 power while enabling one of your Navy Leaders to also attack active Characters. This design supports mid-cost aggressive turns and leader-synergy plays in Navy-focused decks.
