Hibari (Alt Art)

Description

Hibari (OP11-010 Alt Art) is a Red Character with Navy and SWORD subtypes from the A Fist Of Divine Speed set. When played it can reduce one opposing character's power by 2000 for the turn, and while attacking it gains 1000 power and can allow a Navy leader to attack active characters. That combination provides short-term removal pressure and a tempo tool to expand your Navy leader's attack options.
