Slave Arrow (OP07-056) is a Blue Event from the 500 Years In The Future expansion. It has a Counter option that returns one of your characters with cost 2 or more to grant up to +4000 power to a Leader or Character in battle and a Trigger that draws two cards then places two from your hand on the bottom of your deck. It's used to trade a larger character for a burst of power while cycling cards for follow-up plays.
