Lucy (OP07-112 Foil) is a Yellow Strike Character card with subtypes Dressrosa and Revolutionary Army from the 500 Years In The Future expansion. When attacking, once per turn you may take a Life card from the top or bottom into your hand, rest one opposing Character with cost 4 or less, and then, if you have one or fewer Life, place the top card of your deck onto your Life. This provides soft removal plus Life manipulation, enabling tempo swings and value in mid-to-late-game play.
