Description

Galaxy Wink (OP07-016-Foil) is an Event card with the Revolutionary Army subtype printed as a foil. Its Main effect gives up to one of your Revolutionary Army characters +2000 power and can reduce one opposing character by 1000 power for the turn. The card also carries a Trigger that allows the Main effect to be activated when the trigger condition occurs, enabling reactive plays.
