It normally costs {3}{R} and deals 4 damage to target creature, but if you've been dealt damage by two or more creatures this turn you may pay {R} instead of its mana cost to cast it. Its alternative cost condition can be ignored to cast it for its normal cost, and it may target any creature regardless of which creatures damaged you.
