It has Kicker X and a triggered ability that, if it was kicked, lets you gain control of target artifact with mana value X or less and attaches an Equipment to it if applicable. Its flying and the indefinite control-change effect make it useful for stealing opponents' artifacts and potentially equipping them to itself.
