It has kicker {2}{U}{U} and lets you choose one or more modes on resolution, returning up to two creatures to their owners' hands, scrying 2 then drawing two cards, or creating an X/X blue Illusion token for a player where X equals their hand size. When kicked you may choose any number of modes, enabling flexible tempo, card advantage, or token generation depending on game state.
