Anticognition (ZNR 45) is a blue instant from Zendikar Rising. It taxes a target creature or planeswalker spell by forcing its controller to pay {2} or else the spell is countered, and if any opponent has eight or more cards in their graveyard it instead counters the spell and lets you scry 2. The effect can target spells that cannot be countered (you still scry 2 if the graveyard condition is met) and the graveyard check considers any opponent in multiplayer.
