Soul Shatter (PZNR-127p prerelease stamp) is a black instant from the Zendikar Rising Promos set. When it resolves, each opponent in turn order chooses a creature or planeswalker they control with the greatest mana value among those types and then all chosen permanents are sacrificed simultaneously. The card can serve as a mass removal tool that targets opponents' largest threats rather than specific permanents.
