Leyline Tyrant (PZNR-147p foil) is a red Creature — Dragon from the Zendikar Rising Promos set. It lets you retain unspent red mana between steps and phases while it's on the battlefield and has a dies trigger allowing you to pay any amount of red to deal that much damage to any target. It also has Flying and functions as a mid-cost finisher enabling large single-point bursts of damage when it dies.
