Leyline Tyrant (PZNR-147p) is a red Dragon creature from the Zendikar Rising Promos set. It has flying and lets you retain unspent red mana across phases and steps while it's on the battlefield. When it dies you may pay any amount of red mana to have it deal that much damage to any target, enabling post-mortem burn using retained red mana.
