It has a kicker-triggered enter-the-battlefield effect that can create a nonlegendary Jace token with one starting loyalty, and loyalty abilities to Scry 2 and to draw-and-reveal with a loyalty-cost consequence. The card supports tempo and card-advantage strategies by filtering with Scry and enabling potential extra planeswalker bodies when kicked.
