Grakmaw, Skyclave Ravager (PZNR 223p, Foil) is a legendary creature — Hydra Horror from the Zendikar Rising Promos set. It enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters and gains additional +1/+1 counters whenever another creature you control with a +1/+1 counter dies. When it dies, it creates a black and green Hydra token with power and toughness equal to the number of +1/+1 counters it had.
