Confounding Conundrum (PZNR-53p prerelease stamp) is a blue enchantment from the Zendikar Rising promo series. When it enters the battlefield you draw a card, and it forces opponents to return a land to their hand if they have had multiple lands enter under their control in a turn. The card can disrupt opponents’ land drops and punish multiple land plays in a single turn, serving a tempo and interaction role in blue decks.
