Description

Angrath, the Flame-Chained (PL21-3 foil) is a Legendary Planeswalker of colors black and red released in the Year of the Ox 2021 promo set. His +1 forces each opponent to discard a card and lose 2 life, his −3 temporarily steals and hasts a creature (with a delayed sacrifice condition for low mana-value), and his −8 drains life from each opponent based on their graveyards. In gameplay he functions as a midrange value engine that taxes opponents, steals threats for tempo, and can close games with a graveyard-based finisher.
