Mana Short (WC02 cr86sb) is a blue Instant from the World Championship Decks 2002 memorabilia set. When cast it taps all lands a target player controls and causes that player to lose all unspent mana, and it can even tap lands that don't produce mana. The card is most effective when played outside of responses (for example during upkeep) because spells and abilities played in response will resolve before Mana Short removes mana.
