Abeyance (WC98 bh1sb) is a white instant from the World Championship Decks 1998 release. It prevents a target player from casting instants or sorceries and from activating non-mana activated abilities until end of turn, then lets you draw a card. The card can function as both a tempo piece that temporarily stymies an opponent's interaction and as card advantage by replacing itself.
