The Monarch (WWOE T6 foil) is a Japanese-language promo token from the WOE Japanese Promo Tokens release. It represents the Monarch mechanic, instructing that at the beginning of your end step you draw a card and that a creature dealing combat damage to you transfers the monarch to its controller. As a token it serves as a reminder/marker for tracking the Monarch in games rather than being cast or included in decks.
