The Irencrag (WOE-248) is a legendary artifact from Wilds of Eldraine. It can tap to add one colorless mana, and whenever a legendary creature you control enters the battlefield you may have it become a legendary Equipment named Everflame, Heroes' Legacy that gains equip 3 and grants equipped creature +3/+3 while losing its other abilities. Once it becomes that Equipment, the change is permanent for the game unless another effect alters it, letting it shift roles from mana source to creature-boosting equipment.
