The creature has Prowess and a static effect that creatures with lower power can’t block it, making it a cheap evasive threat that grows with noncreature spells. The Grove's Bounty Adventure distributes X +1/+1 counters among any number of your creatures when cast, then exiles the card so you may later cast the creature from exile.
