Talion's Messenger (PWOE-73p foil) is a blue Creature — Faerie Noble from the Wilds of Eldraine Promos. It has flying and a triggered ability that draws then discards when you attack with one or more Faeries, and if you discard this way a reflexive trigger can put a +1/+1 counter on a Faerie you control. As a low-cost evasive creature it supports Faerie tribal and discard synergies by converting attack-driven discards into incremental counters on your board.
