Elusive Otter // Grove's Bounty (PWOE-225p) is an Adventure card featuring a 1/1 blue Otter creature with Prowess on the front and a green sorcery Adventure on the back. The creature gains +1/+1 until end of turn whenever you cast a noncreature spell and can't be blocked by creatures with equal or lesser power, while the Adventure lets you distribute X +1/+1 counters among any number of creatures you control. This pairing supports spell-heavy blue decks that also want to invest counters via the Adventure and then later cast the creature from exile.
