Blightwing Bandit (WOC-49) is a black Creature — Faerie Rogue from the Wilds of Eldraine Commander set. It has flying and deathtouch and exiles the top card of an opponent's library the first time you cast a spell during each of their turns, letting you cast those exiled cards and spend mana of any type to do so. The card enables off-color and reactive play by granting access to opponents' cards even if the Bandit leaves the battlefield.
