Tariff (WTH 28) is a white sorcery from the Weatherlight expansion. On resolution, each player must either pay the mana cost of the creature they control with the greatest mana value or sacrifice that creature, with ties chosen by the player. The spell resolves by having the active player decide first and then each other player in turn order, and payment requires the creature's actual mana cost including color.
