Manta Ray (WTH 42) is a common blue Creature — Fish from the Weatherlight set. It has conditional restrictions: it can't attack unless the defending player controls an Island, it can only be blocked by blue creatures, and you must sacrifice it if you control no Islands. These constraints make it situationally useful in decks interacting with opponents' lands and favor decks that can ensure an opponent has Islands or that can exploit evasion and color-restricted blockers.
