The First Tyrannic War (40K-121) is a rare Enchantment — Saga from the Warhammer 40,000 Commander set. Its first chapter lets you put a creature from your hand onto the battlefield and can add +1/+1 counters based on X in that creature’s mana cost and the number of lands you control. The second and third chapters double all counters of each kind on a target creature you control, enabling exponential growth or combo synergies.
