Neyam Shai Murad is a legendary Human Rogue from the Warhammer 40,000 Commander expansion (collector number 135) and is printed as a normal rarity card. Its Rogue Trader triggered ability lets you return a target permanent card from a player’s graveyard to their hand when it deals combat damage, and if you do that player then chooses a permanent in your graveyard which you put onto the battlefield under your control. As a two-color (white/black) four-mana creature with 3/3 stats, it can function as a value-oriented attacker and graveyard-exchange engine in decks that can exploit returned permanents.
