It has vigilance, an "Exile Cannon" enters-from-graveyard triggered ability to exile a nonland permanent, and an Unearth {7} ability to briefly return from the graveyard with haste. Its package makes it a mid-cost value threat that recurs once for a limited time and can disrupt opponents by removing a permanent when it enters from a graveyard.
