Brainstorm (40K-192) is a one-mana blue Instant reprinted in the Warhammer 40,000 Commander set. It lets you draw three cards then put two cards from your hand on top of your library in any order as it resolves. The effect is commonly used to filter hands, set up future draws, and interact powerfully with shuffle effects or cards that care about cards put on top of the library.
