Blasphemous Act (204, Rare) is a red sorcery reprinted in Warhammer 40,000 Commander that scales its cost based on the number of creatures on the battlefield. It costs one generic mana less to cast for each creature and deals 13 damage to each creature when it resolves. Because its cost reduction can never reduce the total cost below one red mana and its damage is a flat 13 to all creatures, it serves as an efficient mass-removal tool in creature-heavy boards.
