New Horizons (WAR-168) is an Enchantment — Aura from the War of the Spark set that enchants a land. When it enters the battlefield it puts a +1/+1 counter on a target creature you control, and the enchanted land gains the ability to tap for two mana of any one color. The card can be cast even if you control no creatures and provides both a one-time creature buff and a lasting mana utility change to a land.
