Description

Narset, Parter of Veils (WAR-61 foil) is a legendary blue planeswalker from War of the Spark. Its static ability limits each opponent to drawing at most one card each turn, constraining opponents' card advantage; it also has a −2 loyalty ability to surveil the top four cards and grab a noncreature, nonland card. As a low-cost control piece, it typically functions as a hand-advantage denial tool and a card-selection engine in blue control or Prison-style decks.
