Its primary ability causes you to lose 1 life and amass Zombies 1 at the beginning of your upkeep, creating or growing an Army token that becomes a Zombie if needed. It also gives any Zombie token you control with power 6 or greater lifelink when it attacks, enabling large-token lifegain synergies.
