Description

Dovin, Hand of Control (WAR-229) is a Legendary Planeswalker card from the War of the Spark expansion. It taxes opponents' noncreature spells by increasing their cost by {1} and has a −1 loyalty ability that prevents all damage dealt to and dealt by a target opponent-controlled permanent until your next turn. The damage-prevention ability can target any opponent permanent and persists even if Dovin leaves the battlefield after it resolves.
