Callous Dismissal (WAR-44) is a blue sorcery from War of the Spark that returns a target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. It also has Amass Zombies 1, creating or putting a +1/+1 counter on an Army and making it a Zombie if needed. The card provides both tempo by bouncing a permanent and incremental board development via the Amass mechanic.
