Ugin, the Ineffable (PWAR-2p Japanese alt art) is a legendary Planeswalker card from the War of the Spark Promos set. Its static ability reduces the cost of colorless spells you cast by {2}, and its loyalty abilities exile the top card of your library to create a 2/2 Spirit that returns the exiled card to your hand when it leaves and can destroy a colored permanent with its −3. The card is designed to support colorless or Eldrazi-themed decks by enabling cheaper colorless casting and providing both card advantage tempo and removal.
