Teferi, Time Raveler (PWAR-221p prerelease stamp) is a legendary planeswalker printed in the War of the Spark promos set. Its static ability restricts opponents to casting spells only any time they could cast a sorcery, while its +1 lets you temporarily cast sorceries as though they had flash. Its −3 can bounce an artifact, creature, or enchantment and draw you a card, giving both tempo and card advantage potential.
