Narset's Reversal (PWAR 62p prerelease stamp) is a blue instant from the War of the Spark Promos. It copies a target instant or sorcery spell, lets you choose new targets for the copy, then returns that original spell to its owner's hand. The card is useful both as tempo—removing an opponent’s spell from the stack while generating an extra effect you control—and as a way to reuse or disrupt spells that would otherwise resolve.
